My rest time

Hello again and welcome,
                    this week took me out and about town,
 I was looking to get a little rest time so off I went on a little tour around the botanical gardens and orchid house,
I love orchids, this little orchid house has some beauties plus you'll get a nice cup of cofee/tea while enjoying the gardens. The gardens contain mainly tropical plants/trees
  a bush church, bush tucker track and chniese gardens that have just been completed .

This is the view from the orchid house. Children like to feed the ducks and if your quiet you'll see the turtles

So white with that lovely yellow centre

The patterns of the purple look like paw prints to me

 

 These delicate pink ones are just divine

There are lots of bbq  and covered picnic areas throughout the gardens

The new addition of Chinese Gardens

will look nice when fully grown.

After the nice refreshing gardens it was down to the beach for some fresh air and more walking

If I did'nt know better I would think that, this tree grew pineapples?

The pale beach colours are so refreshing

I spyed a ship come sailing  into the harbour, I wonder where they've  been sailing ?

We've  a beautiful waterpark in town, this water ball's part of the display. The park teach's about conserving water plus little insights of water usage around this area, but best of all's  the fun for children and adults alike , all those water spouts and fountains Oh so cool on hot days. Each friday night after dark they have a water and lazer light show.
