Its been awhile but I'm back, hope it won't be as long between blogs this time
My Place of play and work
I just love my work place its so much fun working with children and friends
We've lots of beautiful little corners to play and chat with the children, come have a look.
Our herbs and paw paw tree.
Shell hangings made from shells collected at the local beach .
We've used stones and broken tiles to make these cute stepping stones.
Our Paw paw tree's in flower, children like to watch native bees fly around the flowers .
This large tree gives such shade in summer also a large collection of pods and seeds.
you'd be surprised how children utilise these in their play.
The fire pit
stones are collected from the dry river bed to make pretend fires .
Children helped to paint our Totem poles, the logs are part of our Dream time story telling
We've grown Rosella bushes to make Rosella jam from the flowers ,Yum. !
Were very big on recycling and sustainability. We try to in courage insects by making a bug hotel

One of our compost bins we also have 2 worm farms .
Now for something a little different I 'm now nearly finished on the second of 3 commissioned crochet bags
I've used some beautiful retro fabric from my stanch to line the bag.
The handles are from my collection of op shop finds .
Op shop handles, cool aren't they.
Other makings are for a baby due in August a kimono suit and crochet jumper.
A sweet little dress.
To finish off a little crochet blanket.
