Wintery afternoon

Well a warm wecome to all viewers. The weathers not to warm today and guess what ?Its raining not just raining, but bucketing down just the type of afternoon for looking at pictures and cuddling up with loved ones.
These photos are from our visit to the UK last year, It seems so long ago, lots of good and not so good things have happened between now and then, but thats life, so get your self a warm spot and a coffee/tea and we'll begin.

Less we forget

Shot at dawn

A memorial to very young shell shocked soldiers who deserted .They were recaptured and shot at dawn most only 16/17 years old. Australia didn't shoot for desertion in 1915.

Oh ! so many gave their lives so we could live and Oh! so young .

 A room with a view of bay of Fethiye Turkey, beautiful sun set, beautiful appartment , not so good climbing up hill to get to appartment.
